Ron Wilcox specializes in federal tax and corporate consulting, serving multinational and domestic corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Ron has over 37 years of experience in serving multinational companies providing tax planning, consultation and compliance services to clients. Before joining WTAS, Ron was a Tax Partner in an international professional services firm.

Ron’s tax and business practice areas include:

• Mergers and acquisitions planning and consultation
• Restructuring planning
• Transfer pricing
• International tax planning and consultation
• Preparing or review of income tax provision and analysis of uncertain tax positions
• Preparation or review of corporate and other entity federal and state/local tax returns
• Representing clients in tax examinations, including development of tax controversy strategies

Ron has extensive experience in the manufacturing, distribution and real estate industries. He has served a diversified clientele, including automobile, consumer electronics, technology, industrial products and real estate development companies.

Ron has been a speaker at the University of Southern California’s Master of Taxation Program, the Tax Executives Institute and the California Society of CPAs’ Continuing Education Programs. While in law school, Ron was selected as a Law Review member, and he graduated Order of the Coif.
