Michael Weicher has over 20 years of experience in taxation, including 16 years specializing in the real estate and hospitality industries. Michael’s clients have included opportunity funds, owner-operators, developers, hotels, REITs and foreign investors. In addition, Michael has substantial experience in advising on the ownership and operation of professional sports teams and regional broadcast networks. He has experience with various forms of business ownership including partnerships, joint ventures and corporations.

Michael provides clients with a full range of tax consulting and tax preparation services. He serves as a business and tax advisor, consulting on matters including the analysis of purchase, sale and financing transactions, like-kind exchanges, cash flow and tax projections, present-value analyses, establishment of investment programs and negotiations with joint-venture partners.
