Thomas P. Broderick

Tom Broderick has over 31 years of experience in providing tax services to public companies and closely held business enterprises. Tom mainly serves non-U.S. persons or non-U.S. business enterprises with U.S. business operations and/or U.S. investment assets. His clients control and operate U.S. businesses in a variety of industries, including private equity, real estate investment and development, hotels and hospitality services, home building, international transportation, high technology, and software development and distribution.

Before joining WTAS, Tom was a Tax Partner in two international professional services firms, where he gained extensive experience in serving U.S. multinational clients, concentrating on providing tax and investment advice to clients from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea.

Tom lectures at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and serves on the School’s Advisory Board. He is also a director of the Hong Kong Association of Northern California.
