Peter Coscia has over 19 years of experience in providing tax services to businesses and high net worth individuals. Before joining WTAS, Peter was with two international professional services firms. At one of these firms, he co-led the Metro New York Contract Tax Services group, providing tax outsourcing services to companies of all sizes. Continuing his focus on business entities at WTAS, Peter provides tax services to all types of companies and their owners. He advises clients on matters such as:
- Tax-compliance requirements
- Federal, state and local tax examinations
- Tax provision calculations and FAS 109 / FIN 48 reporting
- Effective tax-rate minimization
- Strategic tax planning
Peter’s industry experience includes technology, media, entertainment, professional sports, broadcasting, advertising and real estate construction.
Peter also works closely with senior business executives, acting as their business and personal tax consultant. He has extensive experience in providing high net worth individuals with consulting and compliance services that address tax compliance and planning opportunities in the areas of income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes and charitable giving.
