Nancy K. Chan

Managing Director – Los Angeles

Nancy Chan is Head of Human Resources for WTAS. She has 14 years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness and strategic human resources. Her responsibilities include oversight and involvement in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation administration, and employee relations and wellness.

Nancy is also a member of the Development Council at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Before joining WTAS, Nancy was the local Head of HR Operations at an international professional services firm in San Jose, and before that she was with another such firm in the Chicago and San Jose offices.
