Dean Feria has over 17 years of experience in providing valuation services to corporate enterprises, high net worth individuals and private equity funds. As leader of WTAS’ Florida Valuation Practice, he participates in valuation engagements for financial statement reporting, tax planning and compliance, litigation, mergers, strategic planning and restructuring. His experience includes the valuation of business enterprises, investment holding companies, intangible assets and derivatives.

Dean has served clients throughout the world in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, real estate developers, telecommunications providers, transportation companies and pharmaceutical companies.

Before joining WTAS, Dean led the Florida Valuation Practice for a international professional services firm. Before that he was a Director in the Valuation Services Practice of another international professional services firm.

Dean holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designations. He is a frequent speaker on valuation issues and has presented to the University of Florida, the Palm Beach Estate Planning Council and the Greater Miami Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.
