Dan DePaoli is Office Managing Director of WTAS’ Greenwich office and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. He has over 19 years of experience in providing tax consulting and compliance services to the high net worth individuals and families. His practice focuses on the income, fiduciary, estate, charitable giving and wealth transfer tax areas. Dan has extensive experience in helping high net worth individuals address income tax compliance and planning opportunities, as well as in providing comprehensive multi-generational wealth-transfer planning services. He also provides tax and financial services to family offices.

Dan also has substantial experience in helping clients achieve their charitable objectives, including advising on the establishment and operation of charitable trusts and foundations. He has strong technical capabilities in fiduciary income taxes, and has provided compliance and consulting services to many major financial institutions as well as smaller trust companies and wealthy families.

Before joining WTAS, Dan was a Tax Partner in an international professional services firm, where he served the tax and financial planning needs of wealthy individuals and families, closely held business owners, executives, athletes, entrepreneurs and other professionals.
