Armand E. Epstein

Armand Epstein has over 37 years of experience in serving clients. His practice focuses on providing sophisticated tax services to corporate entities, corporate executives and high net worth individuals and their related entities. He also currently serves as Chair of WTAS’ Board of Directors.

Before joining WTAS, Armand was a Tax Partner in an international professional services firm. He has broad experience in a variety of tax practice areas, including international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, executive tax services, compensation and benefits tax planning and the tax treatment of intangibles.

He has been a frequent speaker at tax forums and has published an article on stock option planning.

Armand has served as Chair of the Federal Tax Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and as a Member of the Society’s Board of Directors.
