WTAS was formed in 2002 by 25 former partners of an international accounting firm who were collectively driven to build a world-class tax and consulting firm. Recognized as experts in their field, these visionaries were approached by one of the largest financial institutions in the world, to form a national firm in the United States. WTAS is now owned by its group of 73 Managing Directors, has 14 offices, and employs over 500 personnel.
